The man who accused “Melrose Place” star Jamie Luner of sexually assaulting him when he was 16 years old has now filed a $250 million lawsuit against the actress.

According to TMZ, Anthony Oliver is suing Luner for sexual battery and emotional distress, saying the actress and an unnamed makeup artist recorded themselves performing oral sex on him at a party in 1998, when he was a teenager.

The lawsuit follows a report filed with the Los Angeles Police Department in February. Oliver says that two other men have since come forward to file similar reports against Luner.

“All of these allegations are completely unfounded and we believe part of a targeted extortion scheme,” Luner’s manager tells TheWrap. “Anthony Oliver has a history of filing lawsuits and has filed 27 Federal lawsuits in the past 8 years, as reported in this link from a Georgia news station.”

Last month, Oliver told Page Six that Luner, then 26, gave him drugs and alcohol before having sex with him while a third person filmed the encounter. Oliver said he was encouraged to come forward about the alleged encounter after 20 years by a therapist who had been treating him for alcoholism.
