Jamie Lee Curtis and her four siblings are out of their father's will.
TV's "Inside Edition" has obtained what producers say is the actor's last will and testament, which reveals that in the last months of his life, Curtis disinherited his five children, while naming his sixth wife, the erstwhile Jill Vandenberg, as the representative of his estate.
Here's a portion of the document:
The 85-year-old actor died in September of cardiac arrest at his Henderson, Nevada home.
The will was signed and notarized May 5, and filed in Clark County, Nevada on Oct. 12, shortly after the actor's Sept. 29 death.
According to "Inside Edition," which will run segment about the Curtis will tonight, daugther Kelly Lee Curtis, has contested the will, requesting that her father's 40-year-old widow be removed from it. That request was denied.
"Inside" also obtained the following statement from Jill Curtis:
"Tony's last will and testament and his pashing wishes … are private family matters."
A rep for Jamie Lee Curtis told TheWrap the actress has no statement of her own.
