James Franco, Kevin Hart to Host ‘SNL’ Episodes Next Month

Foo Fighters join “Jumanji” star as musical guest on Dec. 16

James Franco and Kevin Hart will each return to “SNL” to host December episodes.

Franco, who stars in and executive produces the HBO drama “The Deuce” and leads the upcoming film “The Disaster Artist,” will host “SNL” for the fourth time on Dec. 9. R&B singer SZA will join him as musical guest.

Hart will host for the third time a week later on Dec. 16. in support of his upcoming film “Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle.” He will be joined by the Foo Fighters, making their seventh appearance as musical guests on the NBC sketch show.

As previously announced, “Lady Bird” star Saoirse Ronan will make her hosting debut when “Saturday Night Live” returns on Dec. 2. The actress will be accompanied by a little band called U2, whose 14th studio album “Songs of Experience” is set for a Dec. 1 release.

Saturday Night Live” is produced in association with Broadway Video. The creator and executive producer is Lorne Michaels.
