Movie hot-shot Jake Gyllenhaal takes a break from the Hollywood glitz and hits the mountaintops of Iceland with survivalist Bear Grylls on the upcoming season premiere of "Man vs. Wild," and man, does he get totally wired!
The "Brokeback Mountain" star puts his nerves to the test and goes to the ropes in the episode, perilously crawling across a precipitous gorge while battling the freezing weather.
The season premiere of "Man vs. Wild" airs July 11 at 9 p.m. on Discovery. In the meantime, watch Gyllenhaal try to avoid becoming a human pancake in the video below.
