Pennywise the Clown is back in first footage for “IT: Chapter Two,” which debuted during Warner Bros.’ presentation at CinemaCon on Tuesday.

In the footage, Jessica Chastain’s Beverly Marsh returned to her childhood apartment only to find her father had passed away. In the background, we see a creepy character — which marked the beginning of a terrifying footage presentation.

The camera pans to the adult versions of the “Losers Club”: Chastain (Beverly Marsh), Bill Hader (Richie Tozier), James McAvoy (Bill Denbrough), Jay Ryan (Ben Hanscom), James Ransone (Eddie Kaspbrak), Isaiah Mustafa (Mike Hanlon) and Andy Bean (Stanley Uris). The rest of the footage showed blood, gore and, well — Pennywise.

“IT: Chapter Two,” takes place 27 years after the events of last year’s monster hit, as the members of the “Losers Club” have all grown up and moved out of Derry… until a devastating phone call brings them all back.

Bill Skarsgard will return as Pennywise the Clown. The film is set to be released Sept. 6.

“IT” grossed $327.5 million in the U.S. and Canada in 2017 and $700.4 million worldwide on a $35 million production budget. The film had the No. 1 opening weekend for a fall release and was 2017’s No. 7 highest-grossing movie.
