Katie Holmes has replaced Liv Tyler in the independently financed comedy "The Romantics." The actress has come aboard to topline and executive produce the pic, which also stars Anna Paquin, Josh Duhamel, Malin Akerman, Elijah Wood, Adam Brody and Jeremy Strong.
