‘Hunger Games’ Star Natalie Dormer Plans Her ‘Game of Thrones’ Death (Video)

“I’m entering into the fraternity of what the f-ck’s gonna happen to me now,” actress says of the HBO series

“The Hunger Games” and “Game of Thrones” star Natalie Dormer had some good news for fans of her work on the HBO series during an appearance on TBS’s “Conan” on Monday night. She hinted that her character, Margaery Tyrell, will survive the upcoming fifth season of the show.

When O’Brien asked her if she worried about her character dying, the actress said she was done filming Season 5. “We’re around the area where we were up to with Margaery in the books,” Dormer said. “So I’m entering into the fraternity of what the f-ck’s gonna happen to me now.”

That certainly makes it sound like Margaery survives the upcoming season, if she has a future for Dormer to wonder about.

She rejected beheading, as she went through that on “The Tudors,” and she thought poisoning seemed painful even to act. “I don’t know, maybe via dragon would be good,” she said. “White walker or dragon would be good.”

The fifth season of HBO’s “Game of Thrones” isn’t set to premiere until Spring 2015. In the meantime, fans of Natalie Dormer can watch her in “The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1,” in theaters Nov. 21.
