The "Hunger Games" franchise is sticking with Francis Lawrence.
"I Am Legend" director Lawrence, who's currently directing the sequel "Hunger Games: Catching Fire," will also direct the third and fourth installments "Mockingjay Parts 1 & 2," Lionsgate said Thursday.
Lawrence's other credits include the Robert Pattinson-Reese Witherspoon drama "Water for Elephants."

"Recount" writer Danny Strong will pen the "Mockingjay" sequels, which are based on Suzanne Collins' best-selling novel series.
"Catching Fire" is slated for a Nov. 22, 2013 release, while the "Mockingjay" installments will hit theaters on Nov. 21, 2014 and Nov. 20, 2015.

The third and fourth films will follow heroine Katniss Everdeen’s journey as she leads the districts of Panem in a rebellion against the tyrannical and corrupt Capitol. As the war that will determine the fate of Panem escalates, Katniss must decipher for herself who she can trust and what needs to be done, with everything she cares for in the balance.
"The Hunger Games," which stars Jennifer Lawrence as Everdeen, has grossed nearly $700 million worldwide at the box office.
