Hi, my name is Hunter Walker. I moved to Los Angeles about three weeks ago to be TheWrap's new TV reporter, focusing on cable and reality TV.
Now, I am here in Hollywood pursuing my dreams. It's basically just like Lauren Conrad on "The Hills" — except I'm much prettier than she is.
I came from Brooklyn, where I took full advantage of the Big Apple's 4 a.m. last call policy while writing for several web sites including: Gawker, NYMag's Daily Intel blog and the Village Voice.
Welcome to my column, TV Hunter.
I have three main goals for my time in Hollywood:
1. Get yelled at by Ari Emanuel.
2. Witness a paparazzi vs. celebrity car chase.
3. Capture photographic evidence of the elusive Nikki Finke.
I plan to do my very best to make each of these things happen, and keep you apprised of these efforts.
In the meantime, I'll be providing you with as much breaking TV industry news and analysis as I can before the inevitable carpal tunnel sets in.
