David Shore might not be in the "House" any longer, but television viewers haven't heard the last of him.
Shore, the creator of "House M.D.," has signed a three-year overall deal with Sony Pictures Television. Under the agreement, Shore will develop new projects.
Shore's "House" ran its series finale after eight seasons on May 21.
Aside from "House," Shore's resume also includes stints with "Law & Order," "Family Law" and the short-lived "Century City."
Deadline first reported the news.
