It looks like Brody will find himself in some serious trouble while on the run from the U.S. government, if Showtime's first full trailer "Homeland's" third season 3 is any indication.
The new season picks up during the aftermath of the horrific terror attack that decimated the U.S. intelligence apparatus, and prompted a global manhunt for the world's most wanted terrorist — Congressman-turned-fugitive Nicholas Brody (Damian Lewis).

While Carrie (Claire Danes) and Saul (Mandy Patinkin) begin to pick up the pieces of their shattered professional and personal lives, Brody wakes up bloody and bald in what looks like foreign territory.
As the hunt for Brody continues, Carrie and Saul are swept up in the political and media firestorm surrounding the terror attack and search for Brody's whereabouts.
The Emmy-winning drama returns on Sept. 29. Here's the trailer, released Friday.
