Hillary Clinton appeared on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” Wednesday and gave at least some indication of who her vice presidential choice would be.
Clinton played a game of “Who’d You Rather?” in which DeGeneres threw out two celebrity names and asked which Clinton would take as her VP.
Tony Goldwyn, who plays President Fitzgerald Grant III on “Scandal,” had a good run as Clinton’s top choice, but ended up losing out to George Clooney. But after Clinton was usurped by Leonardo Di Caprio, all bets were off when Beyonce’s name came up.
“I do believe in making lemonade out of lemons,” Clinton said.
Clinton did concede that she would not like to make her daughter, Chelsea, her vice president, as she needs Chelsea to be her “main support system.”
In the end, it looked like Clinton was going to pick Michelle Obama, but was put on the spot when DeGeneres threw her own name into the mix.
