Richard Plepler’s Eden Productions has hired Heather Karpas as a creative executive.
Karpas, who spent the past eight years with ICM as a literary agent, will be responsible for development for Eden Productions.

With ICM, Karpas represented New York Times best-selling author Taffy Brodesser-Akner, Allison P. Davis, the media company TheSkimm, and many other prominent novelists and non-fiction writers.
