"Hannibal" appears to be a delicious new addition to NBC's primetime lineup in a new two-minute international trailer for the series modernizing Dr. Hannibal Lecter's rise to serial killer infamy.
Starring Mads Mikkelsen as the titular character, executive producer Bryan Fuller's take on the familiar tale follows questionably stable FBI agent Will Graham (Hugh Dancy) profiling criminals with the help of a psychologist, who — as we all know — is as deranged as the killers he's helping to track down.

Laurence Fishburne co-stars as Dancy's FBI superior, who unknowingly pushes the young agent closer to Hannibal's clutches when "the mind games begin" on April 4.
