“Gotham” has found its new Poison Ivy in actress Maggie Geha, who joins Season 3 of the Fox superhero drama in a series regular capacity, the network announced Wednesday.
Geha replaces Claire Foley, the child actress who played the role of Ivy Pepper on-and-off throughout the show’s first two seasons.
In Season 3, Ivy Pepper finds herself reborn, and one step closer to the DC villain she is destined to become: Poison Ivy. Now a 19-year-old woman who’s harnessed the full power of her charms, she sets her sights on Bruce Wayne (David Mazouz).
Geha’s screen credits include “Ted 2” and “The Rewrite” opposite Hugh Grant. She is represented by INSURGE-Ent, Sanders Armstrong Caserta Management and attorney Neil Meyer.
The Batman prequel comes from executive producer Bruno Heller. Danny Cannon executive produced and directed the pilot, John Stephens also executive produces.
Benjamin McKenzie stars as Detective Jim Gordon. “Gotham” is based on the characters from DC Comics and produced by Warner Bros. Television.
“Gotham” airs Mondays at 8 p.m. ET on Fox and will return for Season 3 on Sept. 19.
