Chef and reality show tyrant Gordon Ramsay is launching a TV production studio with All3Media, he announced Tuesday.
Together they’ll develop and produce both scripted and unscripted programs under the auspices of Studio Ramsay.
Studio Ramsay will act as a fully independent company solely owned by Ramsay, creating new formats and innovative programing, including a scripted arm of the company focused on food related themes, as well as developing new talent on a global front, the companies said.
Objective Media Group CEO Layla Smith will work closely with Studio Ramsay in the U.K., with All3Media America CEO Greg Lipstone set to do the same stateside.
“I’m really excited about this new venture, giving our team the opportunity to expand creatively on a global scale,” said Ramsay, who has headlined a series of hit shows on Fox, including “Kitchen Nightmares” and “Hell’s Kitchen” that play on his abrasive onscreen personality.
