UPDATED: Five new critics groups give awards – and believe it or not, only three of them name "The Social Network" best picture. Should we ask for a couple of recounts?
The Austin Film Critics Association becomes the second regional group, after San Diego, to choose something other than David Fincher's film for its top honor. "The Social Network" shows up in the Adapted Screenplay category, but "Black Swan" takes Best Movie and Best Director honors, while the biggest departure elsewhere in the awards is the choice of Daft Punk's "Tron: Legacy" as Best Score.

The Women Film Critics Circle, an association of 55 "women film critics and scholars," divides its top awards between "Mother and Child," "Winter's Bone" and "The Kids Are All Right." And despite the charges of misogyny levied against "Social Network," it wasn't mentioned in the Worst Female Images in a Movie category — instead, that prize went to "Black Swan."

Finally, the last of Wednesday's critics' groups to chime in — and the only one to put "The Social Network" on top — is the Black Film Critics Circle, which announced its inaugural awards on Wednesday. Despite the group's choice of Fincher's film, though, its Best Director award went to Darren Aronofsky for "Black Swan." The organization was only formed in 2010.
