‘Glee’ Cast Belts Ed Sheeran’s ‘Sing’ in Season 6 (Video)

Blaine Anderson and the Dalton Academy Warblers perform the British singer’s song for none other than Rachel Berry

It’s a “Glee” performance by the Dalton Academy Warblers that leaves Rachel Berry (Lea Michele) smiling.

As the Fox series heads into its final and sixth season, Gleeks can watch the full performance of castmembers tackle British singer Ed Sheeran’s “Sing” from his June album “X.”

In the video, Blaine Anderson (Darren Criss) leads Rachel into an elegant room where the Warblers immediately break out into a spirited routine. Rachel can hardly contain her excitement as the glee club shows off their singing talents – and break dancing skills.

It’s not long before Blaine slips into his Warbler jacket and takes over the song’s second verse. Then, the Warblers spin Rachel and Blaine on a leather couch as he belts out a clean high note.

“Oh, my God,” Rachel says cheering for the performance.

The teaser comes a little more than a week after Fox released the full audio of Rachel tackling the Oscar-winning ballad “Let It Go” from “Frozen.”

“Glee” will premiere at 8 p.m. Friday, Jan. 9 and one week later, will move to its 9 p.m. time slot. The series finale is slated for two hours on March 20.
