Monstober is returning to Disney Channel, and “Girl Meets World” has an all-new Halloween episode ready for October.
In “Girl Meets World of Terror 3,” Riley’s (Rowan Blanchard) little brother Auggie (August Maturo) returns as narrator to tell a scary story of an alternate universe in which Riley and Maya (Sabrina Carpenter) never met each other and became friends.
The scenario is set up in this exclusive clip (above), where the high school students think they’re too old for Halloween now, and Cory (Ben Savage) takes the opportunity to teach them their latest lesson: What if people don’t change people?
“People change people,” of course, is an ongoing theme in the series which follows the daughter of “Boy Meets World’s” Cory and Topanga (Danielle Fishel), who finds herself in many of the same scenarios that her parents went through as teenagers.
The “World of Terror 3” episode of “Girl Meets World” airs Friday, Oct. 14 at 8:30 p.m. ET on Disney Channel.
The Disney Channel “Monstober” programming event includes Halloween-themed episodes of hit Disney Channel series, the premiere of the original movie “The Swap,” special short-form content premiering nightly as part of “Monstober Theater,” and the return of the “Descendants”-themed “Mal-oween.” The Disney Channel app will host a “Monstober” collection, including all four seasons of “Wizards of Waverly Place.”
