As part of a leadership restructuring, Gersh has named Leslie Siebert as sole president, becoming the first woman to lead a major talent agency. She will oversee day-to-day operations at the company, the agency announced on Tuesday.
Alex Yarosh, Nick Collins, Rhonda Price, Bill Gersh and Steve Gersh have been named managing partners and will work closely with Siebert as the agency continues to grow.
In addition, the company has promoted 12 agents to senior partner roles, recognizing their leadership and long-term contributions to the agency’s success: David DeCamillo, Eric Garfinkel, Randi Goldstein, Rick Greenstein, Jason Gutman, Lindsay Porter, Alec Shankman, Jade Sherman, Joe Veltre, Matt Vioral, Bart Walker and Daisy Wu. Gersh also recently announced that Bonnie Bernstein had joined the agency as a senior partner.
Bob and David Gersh will serve as co-chairmen of the expanded Gersh, remaining actively engaged in the leadership of the company and helping to guide the agency as it continues its growth amid the integration of its entertainment and sports departments. Both will continue to represent their clients and their positions on the agency’s board of directors remain unchanged.
“This is an exciting moment for our company as we strengthen and empower our leadership team and position Gersh to ensure our clients grow their businesses and achieve lasting success in a competitive marketplace,” Siebert said in a statement to TheWrap.
A longtime veteran of Gersh, she was promoted to co-president in May 2023 and has worked alongside Bob and David to run the agency. Siebert will continue to represent her roster of clients.
The restructuring follows Gersh’s expansion after receiving an equity investment from Crestview Partners in 2023. Most recently, the agency acquired global sports and entertainment agency You First. In January 2024, Gersh acquired the Digital and Alternative departments from A3 agency.
So far this year, Gersh has signed a spree of high-profile clients, including Anna Faris, Elijah Wood, Michael C. Hall, Constance Wu, Quvenzhané Wallis, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Ty Burrell, Michelle Monaghan, Stephanie Beatriz, Pablo Schreiber and, most recently, Idina Menzel.
