Miller takes up the role at an interesting juncture for the character of Morgan; previously thought to be dead, Morgan’s body was never found, and now he’s returning for what’s been called “an exciting new story” that ABC says will be full of twists, turns and shocking revelations.

“I am really excited to be working with such a talented and acclaimed actor as Billy,” “General Hospital” executive producer Frank Valentini said. “Our cast is thrilled that he will be joining our ‘General Hospital’ family, and I know that he will be an amazing addition to our talented cast.”

Miller joins fellow “Young and the Restless” alums Michelle Stafford, Emme Rylan and Maura West on the ABC sudser.
