Frosty the Snowman still has a corn-cob pipe and a button nose and two eyes made out of coal — but his new “Make America Great Again” cap is really clashing. The traditional top hat swap out made Stephen Colbert’s Thursday cold open feel particularly chilly.
The beloved kids’ cartoon character went full-on President Trump last night when the red #MAGA hat blew onto his head.
“Now who wants to deport some Dreamers?” Frosty asks the innocent children who helped bring him to life.
There’s also a “fake news” declaration and an out-of-nowhere hand size comment from the stacked-up balls of frozen H2O, of course. And then he drove out of sight with Santa.
Instead of declaring “Merry Christmas to all and to all a goodnight!” however, Frosty went with the following: “See you later, Snowflakes! White power!”
