“Foxcatcher” made its debut during the Cannes Film Festival this weekend to rave reviews, with TheWrap’s Sasha Stone remarking that Miller “seems incapable of making a bad film.” Carell’s role, in particular, has been generating whispers of a possible Oscar nomination in a turn that is miles away from his usual comedic fare.
“Foxcatcher,” an Annapurna/Sony Pictures Classics film, hits theaters Nov. 14.
