Fox News has confirmed June 30 will be Glenn Beck's last day, and the timing is just right for the network.
A Fox News insider exclusively tells TheWrap, "With the ratings down the way they are, it's time."

But a person familiar with Beck's position dismissed the Fox insider's comment, saying it was "either completely uninformed or intentionally misrepresented the situation, since June 30th was always the agreed-upon last possible day."
Beck is down 30 percent from May 2010 to May 2011 in the key 25-54 year-old demo, and down 15 percent in total viewers. But he remains far ahead of his 5 p.m. competition.
The tone of the Fox News comment raises questions about how closely Beck will continue to work with the network.

In a joint statement announcing the end of his slumping show in April, Fox News and Beck's production company said that they would continue to work on projects to air on Fox News Channel and Fox News' digital properties.
At the time, FNC president Roger Ailes said Beck was "a powerful communicator, a creative entrepreneur and a true success by anybody’s standards," adding: "I look forward to continuing to work with him."
Beck's exit date was first reported Thursday by Mediaite.
