Fox News is getting into health and wellness.
“A Healthy You & Carol Alt,” featuring the veteran supermodel’s own personal tips, will premiere Saturday at 4 p.m./3c, the cable network said.
The half-hour show also will include intern=views with celebrity guests; and “Ask Carol” segment will answer viewers’ questions from Facebook and Twitter.

Alt, 52, follows a “well-balanced routine” to stay fit. That includes eating a raw-food diet for the past 20 years. She has parlayed that lifestyle into several books, including “Easy Sexy Raw,” “The Raw 50” and “Eating in the Raw.” She also has appeared on television and has been a featured lecturer at health and nutrition conferences and seminars nationwide.
She began modeling in 1980 and has appeared on more than 700 magazine covers. At the height of her popularity, she was the face of numerous ad campaigns, including Diet Pepsi, General Motors, Cover Girl Cosmetics, Noxzema and Hanes.
