Fox is giving itself a little more "American Idol" to love.
The network today said that the Tuesday, March 23, March 30 and April 6 episodes of "Idol" will expand to two hours. Fox had never announced firm plans for the 9 p.m. Tuesday time slot, though it was assumed game show "Our Little Genius" would still be airing in that slot by mid-to-late March.
With "Genius" pulled from the schedule, Fox has been vamping by giving shows such as "Human Target" and "Past Life" some added exposure. The network today said "Past Life" will get an extra showing Tuesday at 9 on Feb. 16, while — Gleek alert! — a "Glee" repeat has been slotted for Tuesday, March 9.
