‘For Life’: ABC Releases First Trailer for 50 Cent-Produced Prison Drama (Video)

Series debuts Tuesday, Feb. 11

The first trailer for 50 Cent’s upcoming ABC drama “For Life” was released on Wednesday. See it above now.

Inspired by the life of Isaac Wright, Jr., “For Life” stars Nicholas Pinnock as Aaron Wallace, a prisoner who becomes a lawyer, litigating cases for other inmates while fighting to overturn his own life sentence for a crime he didn’t commit. The series is set to debut Tuesday, Feb. 11.

Joy Bryant, tyla Harris and Indira Varma also star.

Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson serves as an executive producer on the series via his G-Unit Film & Television banner, alongside creator Hank Steinberg, Doug Robinson and Alison Greenspan of Doug Robinson Productions, and Isaac Wright Jr.

“The Hate U Give” helmer George Tillman, Jr. is executive producer and director on the pilot. “For Life” is a co-production of Sony Pictures Television Inc. and ABC Studios.
