Fishbowl Worldwide Media has enlisted Fullscreen to build out its YouTube channel for "America’s Funniest Home Videos," the iconic TV show created by Fishbowl chairman Vin Di Bona.
Fishbowl Worldwide Media produces shows for both TV and digital platforms, and has employed its massive library of user-generated videos to boost channels like CuteWinFail and Petsami. With this deal, Di Bona and Fishbowl CEO Bruce Gersh aim to grow the “AFHV” channel, which launched a year ago. Its subscriber base remains a hair under 30,000.

Fullscreen, which operates channels that reach more than 35 million viewers a month in the United States, will help create new content and market the channel so it can reach new, younger audiences. It will also scour YouTube for any channels hosting footage of "AFHV" without authorization.
"We are very excited to be collaborating with Fullscreen to market, engage and reach new audiences on YouTube," Gersh said in a statement. "Consumers trust the AFV brand and with this partnership, we will be able to deliver a multifaceted curated channel that is unparalleled. Given Fullscreen’s deep expertise with content ID and industry-leading technology, they are the ideal partner to build a YouTube strategy and develop new content for all platforms."
