Paramount Pictures released the first full-length trailer for the Ben Stiller comedy sequel “Zoolander 2” on Wednesday.
In the trailer, Derek Zoolander (Stiller) and Hansel (Owen Wilson) are recruited by InterPol to stop a worldwide conspiracy that is targeting the most beautiful people in the world.
There are numerous celebrity cameos in the trailer, including Benedict Cumberbatch, Penelope Cruz, and Justin Bieber. Will Ferrell will also reprise his role as the villain Mugatu.
“Zoolander 2” was directed by Stiller, with Justin Theroux writing the screenplay. Stuart Cornfeld, Scott Rudin, and Clayton Townsend all served as producers. Stiller also produced under his Red Hour Films banner.
Stiller previously directed, co-wrote and produced the 2001 comedy “Zoolander.” That film went on to gross over $60 million at the global box office.
“Zoolander 2” will open in theaters on Feb. 12.
