Ellen DeGeneres premiered the first trailer for “Finding Dory” on Tuesday’s episode of “The Ellen DeGeneres Show.”
A sequel to the 2003 Pixar hit “Finding Nemo,” the film follows forgetful blue tang fish Dory (voiced by DeGeneres) as she suddenly remembers that she needs to find her family.
The film reunites DeGeneres with Albert Brooks, who voiced Marlin in “Finding Nemo” and will reprise his role for the sequel. It also features the voices of Eugene Levy, Idris Elba, Dominic West, and Diane Keaton.
The film was directed by Andrew Stanton and produced by Lindsey Collins, with Stanton also writing the screenplay.
“Finding Dory” will premiere in theaters on June 17.
