“Fifty Shades of Grey” star Dakota Johnson has two famous parents who are no strangers to sex scenes in front of the camera, but that doesn’t mean she wants them watching hers.

Johnson, who plays Anastasia Steele in the upcoming adaptation of E.L. James‘ best-selling erotic novel, appeared on NBC’s “Today” show on Thursday, during which co-host Savannah Guthrie asked if she wants her parents to see the film when it hits theaters on Valentine’s Day next year.

“I think that probably, no. Not at all,” Johnson said during the interview (above). “I mean, if it were them doing the movie, I wouldn’t want to see that.”

Johnson’s co-star, Jamie Dornan — who replaced Charlie Hunnam as controlling billionaire Christian Grey — emphasized the importance of chemistry and trust required for the roles.

“We got ourselves into situations that don’t feel that, sort of, natural and they’re not that easy,” Dornan said.

The first trailer for the film, which debuted early Thursday morning, teased the situations he’s referring to, but left most of the bondage viewers can expect to the imagination.
