Erin Andrews has settled her lawsuit with a hotel chain and operator over a secret video recording that captured her naked during her stay. The terms of the agreement have not been disclosed.

“This litigation is over,” Andrews’ attorney Randall Kinnard said in a statement Monday, according to the Tennessean. “Erin Andrews is satisfied with the settlement, the terms of which are confidential.”

In a ruling last month, a Nashville, Tennessee, jury awarded the Fox Sports and “Dancing With the Stars” host $55 million in the lawsuit against West End Hotel Partners and Windsor Capital Group and Michael David Barrett, the man who recorded the video in 2008 by tampering with the peephole of Andrews’ guest room. Barrett was responsible for $28 million of that and the hotel owner and operator were on the hook for the remaining $27 million, the jury decided.

However, the latest settlement was reached just hours before the lawyers were expected to return to Circuit Judge Hamilton Gayden’s courtroom on Monday to discuss an issue that could have left the hotel companies liable to pay even more, the Tennessean reported.

During the trial, the owners of the Nashville Marriott at Vanderbilt University contended that Barrett’s actions were his own, and that they bore no responsibility.

Barrett was sentenced to 30 months on an interstate stalking charge in 2010.

Andrews, who maintained that someone affiliated with the hotel gave Barrett her room number and he was intentionally placed in a room next to her, provided emotional testimony during the trial.

Along with her current role on “DWTS,” it was announced last week that Andrews would also fill in for Kelly Ripa on ABC’s “Live With Kelly and Michael” in the wake of Michael Strahan‘s sudden departure from the morning show.
