Tuesday’s “Empire” finds the Lyons roaring at each other once again, this time about Lucious’ changes to the Empire movie script, which Cookie finds just plain inaccurate.
In TheWrap’s exclusive clip from Tuesday’s episode, titled “Remember the Music,” Lucious (Terrence Howard) and Cookie (Taraji P. Henson) are reminiscing about the good old days, but only because Lucious seems to remember them very differently, according to the alterations he’s made to the Empire script.
Cookie reads off the lines Lucious has assigned to her from back in the early days of Empire, taking issue with the words he’s put in her mouth. He chuckles and then asks her how she remembers it then, before we jump into Cookie and Lucious past with a flashback that reveals the truth.
