Prepare yourself for a disturbing instance of Hobbit-on-Hobbit violence.
"Lord of the Rings" co-stars Elijah Wood and Dominic Monaghan traded blows in Austin, Texas over the weekend, during a boxing match at horror/fantasy film fest Fantastic Fest 2011.
Being the geek-centric event that it was, Wood and Monaghan first worked up a head of steam for the bout with a debate about the most nerdy of topics — namely, whether World of Warcraft has become a waste of time.
So who won the fight? Anybody with an interest in watching actors pummel each other — and really, isn't that all of us, a little bit?
