Now that Dan Bongino has been selected as President Donald Trump’s pick for deputy director of the FBI, he has become the 21st Fox News personality and/or contributor to join his second administration.
Whether they made guest appearances, hosted weekend talk shows or penned opinion pieces for the conservative news channel, Trump seems to be fond of the idea of enlisting Fox News staffers and/or its guests to lead the country.
In return, the news platform has even hired a member of the First Family. On Feb. 5, Fox News tapped the president’s daughter-in-law, Lara Trump, to host a new weekend show. Before her hiring, she worked for the network as a paid contributor.
