Donald Sterling and his big mouth led to big ratings for CNN’s “AC 360” on Monday night.
Anderson Cooper’s interview with the disgraced Los Angeles Clippers owner — who received a lifetime ban from the NBA after he was captured on a recording making racist comments — averaged 720,000 total viewers, with 294,000 of them in the key 25-54 news demo.

The interview gave CNN a win in the 8 p.m. hour over MSNBC, which averaged 482,000 total viewers and 114.000 demo viewers for the hour.
The numbers also represent a 42 percent boost in total viewers and 73 percent in demo viewers compared to the previous four weeks.
