Diana Ross was involved in a minor car accident in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, on Wednesday, when her limo was hit by a woman driving an SUV who ran a stop sign.
The 72-year-old singer complained of head and neck pain after the crash. After being treated at the scene by paramedics, she then indicated she’d seek further treatment on her own, the New York Post reported.
“I was involved in a car accident yesterday, but I’m fine,” Ross tweeted Thursday. “I ask you not to worry. I will see you tonight at the show in Providence :)”
According to the Morning Call, the crash happened around 5 p.m., when Ross was being shuttled to the Sands casino for her performance.
She still performed at the Sands Event Center at 7 p.m. According to the police, a 22-year-old New Jersey woman ran a stop sign with her SUV. She received a traffic citation.
According to the Philly Voice, the driver suffered minor injuries.
