The comedian co-stars as one of four adults who take a stretch limo around town to forget about their problems for one night

When four adults get together to talk about life over wine, the truth comes out. And for one character in director Mo Perkins’ comedy “Last Time You Had Fun,” the truth is that his wife left him for another woman.

Demetri Martin explains co-star Kyle Bornheimer‘s romantic woes to two friends, played by Eliza Coupe and Mary Elizabeth Ellis, in a clip (above) available exclusively on TheWrap from the film premiering at the Los Angeles film festival this year.

The comedy follows four friends who meet at a wine bar for drinks, then spontaneously decide to go out on the town for a night in a stretch limo.

The L.A. Film Festival kicks off on June 11.
