Man down! One newbie learns the hard way that he should pay attention to what the senior guys are telling him on the next episode of Discovery Channel’s “Deadliest Catch.”
On Tuesday’s episode, the seas are really unforgiving and forces all the captains to reconsider their plans. Rookie boat owner, Josh Harris, swallows his pride. Captain Sig Hansen fights to keep the Northwestern from going up in flames and Captain Keith Colburn battles boat-sinking ice near Russia.

For the past eight consecutive weeks, “Deadliest Catch” was the No. 1 cable network for the key demographics Adults 25-54 and Men 25-54. Also, the “Deadliest Catch” pre-show “The Bait” was ranked Tuesdays No. 2 cable program, behind only “Deadliest Catch” in the top spot.

At 9 p.m., “Deadliest Catch” ranked as the No. 2 program in all of TV for Men 25-54 and Men 18-49. That means it beat ABC’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” CBS’ “Person of Interest,” “NCIS” and “NCIS: Los Angeles,” NBC’s “Night Shift, FOX’s “Riot” and “I Wanna Marry Harry” in those demos.
