Lindsay Lohan demonstrated how powerful her hand has become in Hollywood since sobering up and launching a reality show by summoning Oprah Winfrey to “The Late Show” with David Letterman with a single phone call.
“We’re not calling Oprah. She’ll just want to show up and take over the show now,” Letterman joked as the “Lindsay” star egged him on to prank call the OWN CEO. “I tried to call Oprah on the phone and I can not get through to her.”

“Hey, listen. I gotta come on the show before you leave,” Winfrey told Letterman after discussing her pupil’s progress.

“I think she’s doing really OK. I think to have cameras following you around for every phase of your life, and you’re trying to pull your life together, I think that’s a really difficult thing,” Winfrey said. “We’re really pleased that she’s making some progress.”
