The Devil of Hell’s Kitchen is hanging up his red suit and returning to the black uniform of Season 1 — at least, that appears to be the case from new Season 3 photos Netflix released on Friday.
Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox) was presumed dead at the end of “The Defenders” — but viewers saw at the very end that Matt did survive the collapse of the Midland Circle after all, and was laying in a bed at a convent.
In the first of the three photos released Friday, Matt is seen in his OG Daredevil garb — the ninja-esque outfit he wore before getting his red armor back in season 1 — clutching a cross perched on top of a building.
