John Oliver has landed another hosting gig.
“The Daily Show” correspondent, who filled in for host Jon Stewart earlier this year as Stewart embarked on his directorial feature-film debut, will host this year’s International Emmy Awards. The International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences made the announcement Thursday.

This year’s ceremony takes place Nov. 25 at the Hilton New York Hotel.
“We’re delighted to have John Oliver and his unique comedic talent headlining our Gala this year,” said Bruce L. Paisner, the International Academy president and CEO. “We are delighted John is following up his very successful hosting of ‘The Daily Show’ with the International Emmys.”

At this year’s ceremony, “Star Trek” director J.J. Abrams will be feted with the International Emmy Founders Award, while RTL Group co-CEO and RTL Germany CEO Anke Schäferkordt will receive the International Emmy Directorate Award.
