Content Film has acquired international sales rights to director Derick Martini’s "Hick."
The coming-of-age film stars "Kick-Ass" star Chloë Grace Moretz, "Gossip Girls" maven Blake Lively, "The Good Shepherd" actor Eddie Redmayne and "Cape Fear" actress Juliette Lewis.
It also reunites Martini with Rory Culkin and Alec Baldwin, who starred in his acclaimed 2008 indie "Lymelife."
The film is adapted from the critically acclaimed novel by Andrea Portes who penned the script, and has been shooting in Wilmington, NC.
It will center on a 13-year-old girl's life on the road.
Content will be selling the film in Cannes, and CAA and WME will handle in North America.
