Created and hosted by Scott Aukerman, the show will return for 20 half-hour episodes, scheduled to air in two 10-episode installments next year.

“They say the best things come in threes: celebrity deaths, Hobbit movies — and now, seasons of ‘Comedy Bang! Bang!’” said Aukerman.
With beats by Reggie Watts, Aukerman combines deadpan celebrity interviews with sometimes surreal comedy sketches. Season 2 featured Jessica Alba, Aziz Ansari, David Cross, Jim Gaffigan, Zach Galifianakis, Bill Hader, Pee-wee Herman, Gillian Jacobs, Rashida Jones, Anna Kendrick, Andy Richter, Zoe Saldana, Andy Samberg, Jason Schwartzman, Sarah Silverman, Cobie Smulders and Casey Wilson.
