Eric Church, Maren Morris and Chris Stapleton dominated the CMA Awards nominations, which were announced Wednesday.
Keith Urban, Dierks Bentley and singer Cam — who also became a first-time nominee — unveiled the nominees for the 50th CMA Awards from the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville.
Morris is a Best New Artist and Single of the Year (“My Church”) contender, and faces off against country music favorite Carrie Underwood for Best Female Vocalist. Underwood was nominated for a total of four nominations this year, and she’s also hosting alongside Brad Paisley.
This year’s CMA Awards will air live on Nov. 2 at 8/7c on ABC.
