You are cordially invited to the royal wedding of the century. No, not Kate and Will’s or Harry and Meghan’s. We’re talking about the REAL royal wedding. The one you’ve been waiting for ever since Amber and Richard got engaged at the end of “A Christmas Prince.” Right, the only one that matters.
Yes, the official trailer for Netflix’s “A Christmas Prince: The Royal Wedding” has dropped, giving fans of 2017’s breakout holiday TV movie their first look at Amber (Rose Iver) and Richard’s (Ben Lamb) over-the-top nuptials in the sequel.
And the 2-minute, 29-second clip has us wondering if everyone’s favorite blogger is going to be able to hack it as the queen of a small country.
Amber is apparently experiencing “royal pains” and dealing with a “bridezilla in reverse” situation while planning her wedding. At the same time our young heroine is having to face the sacrifices she might need to make to be part of the royal family — LIKE GIVING UP HER BLOG. Gasp.
Here’s the synopsis for the sequel: A year after Amber helped Richard secure the crown, the two are set to tie the knot in a royal Christmas wedding – but their plans are jeopardized when Amber finds herself second-guessing whether or not she’s cut out to be queen, and Richard is faced with a political crisis that threatens to tarnish not only the holiday season, but the future of the kingdom.
