Although director Bong Joon-ho's futuristic action thriller, "Snowpiercer," still does not have a U.S. release date, marketing is in full swing in South Korea where the film has broken box office records since hitting theaters Aug. 1.
Two new promos feature stars Chris Evans and Tilda Swinton talking about their characters, or why they signed on for the film in the first place.

"My reason for being in the film was to play with Bong Joon-ho," Swinton says. "All of his details, all of his humor; Bong Joon-ho is truly a modern master. I'm so privileged and proud to join their family."
"Snowpiercer" follows Evans as he leads an uprising on the titular train, where humans live as either privelaged "fronts" or disparaged "tails" after a failed global-warming experiment has caused another ice age.
Evans plays one of the unlucky people living in the dirt-poor back of the train, while Swinton plays one of the elite living a life of luxury in the front of the train.
The Weinstein Company acquired the film back in November, and is cutting the 126-minute running time by 20 minutes before deciding upon a release date.
John Hurt, Jamie Bell, Ed Harris, Ewen Bremner, Octavia Spencer, Ko Asung, and Kang-ho Song also star in the $39.2 million production — Korea's most expensive movie to date.
