Chris Brown was charged Tuesday with criminal hit-and-run stemming from a May 21 incident. If convicted, the hip-hop artist faces up to a year in prison.
The rapper took to Twitter that afternoon to tell his side of the story. Brown claims there was no damage to the other automobile — which he rear ended — and went so far as to change his Twitter profile picture and header photo to images from the accident scene.
