Television personality Maria Menounos has a hectic life outside of hosting “Extra,” according to the first preview for her upcoming Oxygen reality series, “Chasing Maria Menounos.”
When she’s not hosting the syndicated series alongside Mario Lopez, she’s partying with friends, trying to convince her longtime boyfriend to father her child, looking for a sperm doctor, and dealing with her dad’s diabetes.

Still, there appears to plenty of light-hearted fun in between all of the drama teased (above).
“Chasing Maria Menounos” premieres on March 18.
