Charlie Sheen Loses Another Legal Battle in Contract Dispute

Judge denies actor’s request for a temporary restraining order to stop arbitration proceedings

Charlie Sheen lost his latest bid to force a court trial in his contract dispute with Warner Bros. and "Two and a Half Men" co-creator Chuck Lorre when Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Jacqueline Connor denied a request for a temporary restraining order to stop arbitration proceedings.

Sheen's legal team said it will next take the matter up with Judge Allan Goodman, who was the judge originally assigned to Sheen's $100-million lawsuit against Warner Bros. and Lorre.
